Water Access The only public water access is the community boat launch located at the end of Turtle Creek Drive, the main road you enter on when coming into the neighborhood. Please note that all other waterfront areas, docks, and shoreline access throughout the neighborhood are private property and are reserved for homeowners. We kindly ask that you respect all posted signs and private property during your stay. Thank you for helping us keep our community welcoming and enjoyable for everyone! No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are not allowed. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly. Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture unless protected. Parking Park only in the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn. Garage The garage code is unique to your stay. Please keep the garage door closed when you're away and do not share the code. Fire Pit Use the fire pit responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish it before going inside. Grill Clean the grill after use and ensure it is turned off when finished. Outdoor Furniture Please return cushions and umbrellas to their proper place during high winds or before checkout. Respect the Property Please treat The Barlow House as you would your own home. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it. Check-Out Before leaving: Lock all doors and close the garage. Place used towels in the bathroom. Take bagged trash to the outdoor bin. Turn off lights and lower the thermostat to the checkout setting. Illegal Activity No illegal drugs or illegal activity of any kind are permitted on the property. Safety Do not tamper with smoke detectors.
